Twenty Ways to Be Pro Life in 2020Posted by Kirsten Hochstetler | Life
Being pro-life should look like something. If being pro-life is something you rarely share for fear of being labeled, hated and ridiculed, I can relate. But as a new year begins, I’m setting a challenge to make my pro-life belief more tangible. As often as the label “anti-abortion” gets thrown around, we know the pro-life movement is much bigger than that. This year, instead of just believing or asserting that human life is valuable and sacred, I’m going to act on those beliefs. Will you join me? To get started, here are 20 actionable ways we can be pro-life in 2020. #1 Attend the March for Life On Friday, January 24, 2020 thousands will gather in our nation’s capital to physically stand for the preborn. It’s not too late to join the march. Or you can watch it streamed live on Facebook. #2 Share Directions to a Local Pregnancy Resource Center (PRC) You never know who you’re connected with online who might need this resource but doesn’t know it exists. Find a local PRC and simply share its location on social media. #3 Volunteer at Your Local PRC Each Pregnancy Resource Center has different needs. Give your local PRC a call, introduce yourself and ask how you can volunteer your time to support their mission. #4 Sign up to Mentor or Support an Expecting Mom If choosing life seems overwhelming for a mom-to-be, it’s our pro-life duty to step in and help provide the resources she needs before and after the birth or... continue reading Pro-Life Events for in JANUARY!Rogue Valley Pro-Lifers: January is always a busy month - here is the rundown of our events!

U.S. Senator Ben Sasse discusses the ramifications of recent late-term abortion legislation and explains how listeners can stand against it and defend the sanctity of human life. Unplanned - A movie on the life of Abby Johnson![]() THE STORYUnplanned is the inspiring true story of one woman’s journey of transformation.
All Abby Johnson ever wanted to do was help women. As one of the youngest Planned Parenthood clinic directors in the nation, she was involved in upwards of 22,000 abortions and counseled countless women about their reproductive choices. Her passion surrounding a woman’s right to choose even led her to become a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood, fighting to enact legislation for the cause she so deeply believed in. Until the day she saw something that changed everything, leading Abby Johnson to join her former enemies at 40 Days For Life, and become one of the most ardent pro-life speakers in America. The hashtag #MyUnintendedJoy is trending on Twitter prior to Friday’s March for Life, as women faced with unplanned or complicated pregnancies are Tweeting their stories showing why they chose life over abortion. The Federalist’s Bre Payton highlights the hashtag and draws attention to “the women and children the abortion industry doesn’t want you to know about.” The March for Life is the world’s largest pro-life demonstration was held Friday, January 27, on the national mall in Washington, D.C. Here are some of the stories about the babies who were born because their mothers and fathers chose life, despite the recommendations of doctors and other family members and friends to abort:

Introducing our new Pro-Life TV spot!
Pro-Lifers: One of the challenges pro-lifers have is to convey the message of the value of human life in contrast to the many, many other distractions that people hold sacred in their lives. Prime examples would be the environment, environmentalism and the animal rights movement. With the legalization of abortion, the value of human life has been legally diminished to such an extent that our society has placed non-humanity in a glorified place, above that which was created in God's image.
In an effort to bring this imbalance into perspective, Jackson County Right to Life created the attached :30 commercial. Our goal was to make a sudden and obvious contrast between what our society now seems to hold at great value as compared to what our Creator considers of the highest value. Our chapter desires that this spot be exposed to our culture in every possible venue, so we encourage you all to view the spot and then post it to your social media outlets for a larger viewership. We pray that it's thought provoking message will force people to reconsider where their values lay. May God bless this effort to uphold LIFE as His sacred work. This spot is available to any other right to life organization, free of any charge, without the localized tag at the end, simply reply to this email and we will send you the un-tagged spot. The Success of Planned Parenthood
Friends: Here are 2 links to Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon - the PAC which works to pass/oppose legislation and advocates for PP.... This is a chronology of their success in Oregon and what comes next....our next chapter meeting is Monday the 14th, 7 pm, at First Baptist, Medford
